Call-in Care
Our Call-In Care program offers flexible childcare options for families seeking occasional or temporary care without long-term commitment. When a spot opens, we notify students on our Call-In Care list via the Brightwheel app, ensuring you’re always in the loop. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred days, availability may vary based on age group and classroom capacity.
Whether you’re gradually introducing your child to a childcare setting or need last-minute care, our Call-In Care program is designed to meet your family’s needs.

What is call-in care?
Absences give us the opportunity to ‘call-in’ a student from our Call-In Care list. Notification for openings can vary from day-of to a week in advance.
Call-Ins are contacted no later than 10 AM.

How will I be contacted?
Our program uses the Brightwheel app for communication. When opens arise, either day of or in advance, you will receive a Brightwheel message. We suggest keeping alert notification sounds 'on'.

Can I pre-request days?
You are welcome to let us know what days will work best for your family. We will do our best to accommodate you but call-in days are not guaranteed.

Who is a good fit for call-in care?
Families who are looking for occasional childcare, families who want to slowly introduce their child to a childcare setting, or families who are looking for commitment free temporary care.

How often should I expect to be contacted?
Opportunities for care vary by age group and the number of students in the class as a whole. Classes are only permitted 3 alternates per room so that all families can actively participate.

What does it cost?
Call-in students are at $60.00 per day. Payment is expected the day of care or before, in the occurrence of prescheduled days.
